Lose the fat. Keep the muscle. Stay strong past 50.
For men over 45 who want to drop the weight without ending up lighter, weaker and softer than before. This is the plan I used to go from 120kg toward 90 while holding onto my strength.
Most diets strip the muscle you spent years building. This one protects it, with kettlebell training, real protein and a mobility routine you can run before work.

I am 48, I train at 4.30am with kettlebells at home, and I built this for men like us.
Losing weight the wrong way leaves you weaker
Most men over 45 lose weight the wrong way. Eat far less, pound the cardio, watch the scale drop. The number falls, so it feels like winning. The problem is what comes off. Without enough protein and without lifting, a big share of that loss is muscle, not fat. You end up lighter but weaker, flatter and softer than before, with a slower metabolism than when you started. That is the skinny fat trap, and it hits men our age hardest, because we lose muscle every year unless we fight for it. There is a better way.
I built this because I needed it myself
I am Jimmy, I am 48, and I am doing this myself. I started at 120kg with a target of 90, training at 4.30am with kettlebells at home before the house wakes up, while losing weight under my doctor. Along the way I worked out the one thing that changes everything for a man past 45. Protect the muscle while the fat comes off, and you end up lean and strong instead of skinny and weak. I built 120to90 so men like us can follow the same path without the guesswork.

Everything I use to lose fat and keep muscle, in one place
The free plan was the start. This is the full system I run every day, the app, the programme, the meals and the mobility, all done for you and built for a man over 45.

-
The 120to90 app
Track every session, every meal and your weight in one place, syncing across your phone and laptop so your progress follows you everywhere.
-
The three month training programme
A full plan that gets harder as you get stronger, built around kettlebells and dumbbells you can use at home, with the intensity climbing month by month.
-
The rotating eating plan
Two weekly menus that alternate for twelve weeks, built around real food and high protein, so you keep the muscle while the fat comes off.
-
The daily mobility routine
The ten minute habit that keeps your hips and shoulders working, so you stay strong and free moving into your 50s and 60s.
-
The progress tracking that keeps you honest
Your weight charted against your goal, your streaks, and your strength climbing in front of you, so you can see it working on the days the scale lies.
A personal trainer charges more than this for a single session. The premium coaching apps charge many times this every year. This is the whole system, everything above, for one small payment.
As a founding member you get it for $19, once, no subscription. That is below what it will cost later, because the first members shape it with their feedback. The price goes up once those spots are gone.

The risk is mine, not yours
Use it for thirty days. Follow the plan, track your sessions, eat the way it lays out. If it is not for you, email me and I will refund every cent, no hard feelings and no forms to fill. I would rather you try it properly and walk away than sit on the fence.
Built for where you are right now
No time? The sessions are twenty to thirty minutes and the app tells you exactly what to do, so there is no thinking and no wasted hour.
Over 50?Even better. Strength still responds well at our age, and the plan is built for joints with some miles on them.
Only have kettlebells? That is enough to start, and the plan scales as you add a dumbbell or two.
On a GLP 1?This is built for exactly that, to hold your muscle while the weight comes off and to keep the result after the medication stops.
Real results, starting with mine
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a gym?
No. Kettlebells, a pair of dumbbells and a bench cover everything you need. A gym helps for heavier work later, but it is not the barrier.
I am over 50, is it too late?
No. Strength and muscle still respond well at our age, even into your 70s. The plan is built for joints with some miles on them.
I only have kettlebells, is that enough?
Yes, that is enough to start, and the plan scales as you add a dumbbell or two.
I am on a GLP 1, will this work?
Yes. It is built for exactly that, to hold your muscle while the weight comes off and to keep the result after the medication stops.
How much time does it take?
Sessions run twenty to thirty minutes, three to five times a week, and the app tells you exactly what to do.
How fast will I lose weight?
Slow enough to keep muscle, around half a kilogram to one kilogram a week for most men. Faster than that burns the muscle you are protecting.
